Answer:

They treated land and American Indians as their property. Also, they had a hostile relationship with the American Indians.

Explanation:

The tensions between the American Indians and the English Colonists was caused due to their choice of trade sources. While the English people traded with the Narragansetts and Mohegans, the Pequot tribe traded with the Dutch. The Pequot tribe began the targeted extermination of some colonists such as John Stone and his seven companions, as well as John Oldham.

The English colonists repaid the attacks with a very intensive and sudden attack in 1637 that completely exterminated the vast majority of the Pequot tribe. The few survivors were sold off as slaves.

jenyasd209 [6]

He does not tell them what to do but follows what they say as a leader.

Benjamin Disraeli was a Conservative leader and British statesman who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom twice. He was instrumental in the formation of the modern Conservative Party, defining its policies and broad appeal.

It is the Golden Rule of Leadership: Leading others is a privilege, not a right. Leaders who recognize that leading others is a privilege recognize that leading is, first and foremost, about service.

A leader is someone who commands respect and inspires others to follow them. So this quote is about listening to the people he leads.
