An individual can fight for equality, first of all, not having fear to make his voice heard. People have to trust themselves to express their opinions in a public and correct way. Today, there are different channels that people can use to air their concerns and in a respectful way ask for equality in the workplace, in society, and in any other environment.

The US Constitution protects US citizens with freedom of speech. So there is no need to organize protests or taking the streets to do demonstrations such as the ones during the civil e¿rights movement in the 1960s.

People can use social media, community groups, non-governmental groups to share their opinion and grow in numbers to ask or demand the equality they deserve.
