You are told that the domain, or x-values, are -8, -6, -3, -2, and 2. To find the range, you just need to plug in each of the x-values into the function <span>y = -3x + 7 and find the value of y.
1) When x = -8:

y = 24 + 7
y = 31

2) When x = -6
