Overweight is kind of a not so bad word, but it implies that you are fat.
Obese and fat are the same thing as the reason stated above^.
Plump is like, I don't mean it in a bad way, but it's basically another word for well-rounded or big.

I would say this because obese is a serious medical condition that some one would use with nice. Neither would they say obese or fat which also imply the same meaning. Plump is the best answer because Plump can also mean cute or chubby. Out of all these Plump is the only one that fits with the positive connotation of nice!
