Viscosity: 4 to 5 times more viscous than water. It changes if erythrocytes increase, and the amount of fluid decreases or both.
Plasma concentration: The relative concentration of solutes determines whether fluid move in and out of the plasma by osmosis as blood is transported through capillaries. ex. if an individual is dehydrated the plasma becomes hypertonic.
Temperature: 1 degree Celsius higher than body temapture.
Blood PH: Slightly alkaline, 7.35 and 7.45, dependent upon H+

-It's E-Coli, but it's scientific name is what you said, "Diarrheagenic Escherichia Coli"

-Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Cramps, Bloody Diarrhea (Ew, I know), Fever (101 F, 38.3 C), Malaise, Dehydration, Loss of appetite

-All age groups can be affected by E Coli, but the elderly and the young can be the most at risk

-Wash your food, keep it clean, keep raw meats away from other foods to avoid cross-contamination, do NOT defrost meat on table tops or counters

-Symptoms last 5-10 days, staying hydrated and staying rested helps you;  Antidiarrheals should NOT be taken, but Antibiotics taken in portions, like Trimethoprim or Sulfamethoxazole are fine, although e-coli is known to go away on its own.
