No the answer is false, you need to keep the eyelid open because if its closed what ever hazardous material won't be removed from the eye
Personally I have not but I’ve practiced! And if I came across to a situation that a person needs cpr I would do the assessment, size up the scene, tap shout tap, call 911, check pulse and watch the chest rise and if it doesn’t rise the start the cpr, call someone near to grab an aed if necessary and available to you. And since I’m certified I would definitely be up to the task
