On February 12, 1825, only six chiefs, including McIntosh, signed the document. McIntosh's motives have since been debated. His supporters suggest that he acted pragmatically, believing that the Georgians' relentless demand for Creek land made its loss inevitable.

Permanent move from one country to another due to various reasons is called migration. Throughout history people has moved from one place to another to explore their world. Migration has impacted world culture since its beginning.

There are three main causes for migration, It falls into three categories: Economic, Environmental and political. While speaking of migrations experts talk about push and pull factors.

What were some causes and effects of immigration patterns and policies from 1900-1945
Viefleur [7K]

The immigration acts impacted two cultures in the United States, Japanese and German people, they were distrusted by American born citizens and most were sent away to internment camps to be held as prisoners of war, and areas where such camps were not available, these people would be put on house arrest such as my great grandfather who was only allowed to go to work and his home for 4 years from 1941-45
