Answer: y = 10x + b

Explanation: slope intercept form is (y = mx + b) since you have to plug-in the 10/hour, the equation would need to be $10 depending on how much hours. But, we don’t know how much hours so that would be so we put that as x (10x). Then , just plug-in the rest of the variables and that would bring you with y = 10x + b. Hope this is right :)
