Answer:

don’t let old habits hold you back. Start building these simple essential habits for a happier and more productive life.

Create a morning ritual. Maybe you like to go for a run. Or, maybe you like to meditate or enjoy a healthy breakfast. Whatever it is that makes you feel supercharged, kickstart your day with that habit.

read. Reading books is a great way to gain knowledge and stimulate creativity. Immersion reading also improves focus and has a calming effect similar to meditation.

Surround yourself with positive people.Let go of relationships that bring you down instead of lifting you up. And spend time with people who know how to nurture and share happiness

Invest in self-care. Taking some time off to unwind can do wonders for your mood, mental health, and self-esteem. Do at least one thing every day that makes you feel good.

Pani-rosa [81]

Answer:

TAH can take over the functions of the two lower heart chambers, while LVAD can take over the left chamber only

Explanation:

LVAD is a ventricular assist device used to help the circulation in the body of people who have problems with the left heart chamber. This device assumes the functions of only this camera, helping the patient to overcome possible problems that the malfunction of this camera may cause.  On the other hand, an artificial heart is an implantable device that replaces the two lower chambers of the heart, called ventricles.

garri49 [273]

Answer:

The answer is A, B, C, D, E.

Explanation:

Lean body mass is made up of the following elements: Muscle, bones, vital organs, blood and water. Its calculation is carried out by subtracting the weight of body fat from the total weight (Lean Body Mass = Weight × (100 -% body fat). It is important to know how much lean mass and how much fat mass we have to guide our diet towards fat loss. In this way we will ensure that the loss of lean mass is as small as possible.
