I believe the answer is Y=-5/6x +3
He would only need 3 because
Knitted Caps=2
so that means
4(2) Knitted caps=8
3(2) knitted caps = 6
All you have to do is move your decimal point over eight places to the right and then subtract that from the first number and you have your answer.
