D is my best bet because most have cilia and flagella to help move them around their environment.
A is for multicellular organisms, B occurs only in some unicellular but not all, C is for multicellular mostly (some unicellular can have it), but D applies to majority of unicellular (almost all have some sort of mechanism for movement)
