PLS HELP!!!!!!!!
Ludmilka [50]

Answer:

The keys

Explanation:

Keys is the object that is directly receiving the action; it cannot replace or describe the noun. (Keys is not Daniel.)

Table is an object of the preposition, since on is the preposition. That means on the table is just a prepositional phrase, and is not part of the S-Vt-DO sentence.

Therefore, the noun is Daniel, the verb-transitive is Daniel, and the Direct Object is keys.

Which of these were challenges in England during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries? Check all that apply.
Agata [3.3K]

In my view, only the black plague and class inequality.

The Black Death was a disease of the rat flea that spread and devastated Europe in the fourteenth century, but reached England again in the second outbreak in the sixteenth century.

The world wars happened in the twentieth century, so they are not an answer.

Unemployment and lack of manpower are the opposite of each other, but none have actually reached England. First, because the population of that time was basically rural and lived subsistence. The event of the Industrial Revolution caused a great demand by manpower, that was satisfied by the peasant class, that migrated to the city.

However, class inequality has always been present. This comes from the age of feudalism, but it grew especially during the Industrial Revolution, which produced a capitalist bourgeoisie and a mass that worked in factories for low wages and abusive hours.

The juxtaposition technique is used when two descriptions, ideas, characters, actions, or events are placed side by side in a narrative.

Juxtaposition is the practice of juxtaposing two items in order to emphasize their differences. It is employed rhetorically by writers. Contrasting opposites like wealth and poverty, beauty and ugliness, or darkness and light is a common technique used by writers.

In literary terms, juxtaposition refers to the display of difference by ideas arranged side by side.

The following quotes are an illustration of juxtaposition

"Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country," and "Let us never bargain out of fear, but let us never fear to negotiate" are two quotes that should guide all negotiations."

"The fact amply demonstrates a cultural contrast between rich and poor."
