As for the actual decimal value, it's something like 0.0025447....You can find this out using long division (you're going to have to know the multiples up to 10 of 3576, so list those off to the side) or simply a calculator. As for handling the decimal, just divide into the 9.1 like a normal number (only the digits are important when you're doing the long division) and bring up the decimal point when you're done. You might also need to use zeroes as placeholders. (9.1 = 9.10000...)
