Answer: people kiss in relationships because that is considered one of the ways to say I love you. Or it is just because you wanna see if they got them soft lips. And you make out one of two ways. Way one: no tongue. If you wanna do it this way just kiss them like you would normally do except open and close your mouth as he/she does. Way two: use tongue. You wanna kiss normally but when both of you open your mouth stick your tongue in. It will be weird the first time but it will be worth if after a couple times. :)
