It falls toward earth if speed decreases.

Explanation:

If the speed of satellite was reduced by half, it fall towards the earth because it is attracted by the earth with the help of gravitational force while on the other hand, if the speed of satellite increased by double, it will go into the space because the gravitational force of earth does not keep it in the orbit due to its higher speed so we can say that speed of satellite has a great effect on satellite motion.
