Answer: Both boys are surprised that Paul gives Ghost Wind to Mitchell

Explanation:

Paul's and Mitchell's reactions in this excerpt compare as both boys are surprised that Paul gives Ghost Wind

to Mitchell.

At a point, Paul felt guilty and believed that he was probably given Ghost Wind because he was his daddy's son. Mitchell wanted to ride the stallion so bad and Paul asked him if he wanted to.

Paul later gave Ghost Wind to Mitchell and this led to both boys being surprised.

Another good historical fiction film is Gone with the wind.  It is a fictional story that takes place during the American civil war.  many people have argued that the story is historically inaccurate, but overall the characters seem to react in a realistic manner and we do know that the civil war was an actual event.  However, all of the characters and their relationships are made up.

strojnjashka [21]

Answer:

D) parallelism

Explanation:

Parallelism is a figure of speech in which two or more elements of a sentence (or series of sentences) have the same grammatical structure.

The lines "Fondly do we hope--fervently do we pray" and "With malice toward none; with charity for all" clearly show the repetition of similar grammatical constructions.
