Physical education is an education that focuses on the physical aspect of a student. It includes exercises, sports, and other physical activities. Along with the knowledge that caters to the mental state of a student, physical education caters to the physical wellness of the student. Like the saying goes <em>"All work and no play, makes Jack a dull boy"</em>, physical well-being has been an important part of a child's upbringing. Despite a child's intellect, if the physical well-being of the child is not well looked after, then the overall growth and development of the child will be faced with an impediment. So, both areas of physical as well as mental well-being must be made a priority in a child’s growth.
