If the dog was just swallowed and not bitten, he still lives and gets air SO you would just have to eat dog food for him so he won't starve and die in your stomach(you eat as much food as you can so that the dog can't be shown in an x-ray of your body) or you could possibly give birth to it if you are a girl.
