So this question is personal one of my classmates asked the professor, so the question goes like this it is ok for a person livi

ng in an apartment just paid for the rent but not with the serves his having like watching tv whatever he pleasures, bathroom services like water to shower, etc., and including eating whatever he pleases. And the appalling part, he got angry because he said that it was not unfair that he needed to pay for the complete services the landowner was offering it that he only was going to pay only for the room's rent but not for the whole sevices he was having. It was not a cheaper apartment. He was leaving a lovely home that the landowner is asking him to stay. Do you think it's fair or unfair?
