Just know that the "9" will be rounded upward since it would be closer to the number 10 , 7 as well would be rounded upward because, it closer to 10 as well

So, therefore your answer would most likely be:7.08

Just look at your digits to find your answers for these types of problems

But, good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!

7.08

The closest hundredths are 7.07 and 7.08, and since the thousandth digit is a 9, then it would round up.

solmaris [256]

Answer:

V' = 900\pi in^{3} /sec

Step-by-step explanation:

V = \frac{1}{3} \pi r^{2}h

V' = \frac{2\pi rh *r'}{3}  + \frac{\pi r^{2} *h'}{3} (using differentiation product rule)

plug known values in for r, h, r', and h'

V' = \frac{2\pi (10)(40)(4)}{3} + \frac{\pi (10^{2} )(-5)}{3}

V' = \frac{3200\pi }{3} - \frac{500\pi }{3} \\V' = \frac{2700\pi }{3} \\

V' = 900\pi in^{3} /sec
