During the day, the sun heats up both the ocean surface and the land. The wind will low higher pressure over the water to lower pressure over the land causing the sea breeze. The sea breeze strength will vary depending on the temperature difference between the land and the ocean.
I don't think searching into expensive medical can be positive. As we can tell, not everyone can offers them. On the other hand it would be helpful to try and find out more about the medicine to make sure its worth the money.
