Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

question no . 5

ratio of angle L

take angle as reference angle

using cos rule

cos L = base / hypotenuse

= 4/5

ratio of angle N

take angle N as reference angle

using sin rule

sin N = opposite / hypotenuse

= 4/5

for measure of angle L

cos L = 4/5

cos L = 0.8

L = cos^{-1}(0.8)

L = 36.9

for meanure of angle N

sin N = 4/5

sin N = 0.8

N = sin^{-1}(0.8)

N = 53.1

<h2>Answer:</h2>

<h2>Step-by-step Explanation:</h2>

<h3>(a) angle L ratio: cosL = 4/5 </h3><h3> angle N ratio: sinN = 4/5</h3><h3>(b) m angle L = cos ^-1(4/5) = 37° </h3><h3> m angle N = sin ^-1(4/5) = 53° </h3><h3>(c) m angle L + m angle N = 90° </h3>

Im assuming its x^2+4x+3.....for x squared right.
First get the product of two numbers that equal to 3 (+3 * +1)
But also add up to 4 (+3 + <span>+1</span>)
so you apply them to your x^2

Suppose that a function f(x) is defined for all real values of x except at xequals=c. can anything be said about the existence
Margaret [11]

we are given that

f(x) is defined for all values of x except at x=c

Limit may or may not exist

case-1:

If there is hole at x=c , then limit exist

case-2:

If there is vertical asymptote at x=c , then limit does not exist

Examples:

case-1:

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{x^2-cx}{(x-c)}

We can simplify it

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{x(x-c)}{(x-c)}

=\lim_{x \to c} x

=c

so, we can see that limit exist and it's value defined

case-2:

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

Left limit is

\lim_{x \to c-} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=-\infty

Right Limit is

\lim_{x \to c+} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=+\infty

so, we can see that left limit is not equal to right limit

so, limit does not exist
