What led humans led to europe

History
1 answer:
Masteriza [31]3 years ago
4 0
Ok in that generation of time the people in Europe thought that the earth was flat, that England was the only country, and that the sun went around the Earth and we were the center of the solar system. But many of the great explorers we know today didn't believe what people told them on this topic. So people like Christoper Columbus traveled to find India for easier trade winds and more supply, but he found America.

Fun fact: that's why the Indians are called Indians even though they live in America.

I hope this answers your question.

Which was an important benefit of the laissez-faire policies of the federal government in the late 19th century?
Arada [10]
An important benefit of the laissez-faire policies of the federal government in the late 19th century is that many American industries, such as railroads, steel and oil, achieved rapid growth.

Industrial expansion accelerated during and after the Civil War. During the Civil War the Union Congress approved bond issues and land grants to finance the construction of the transcontinental railroad by the Central Pacific and Union Pacific railroads. The railroad connected California with the Midwest, and made protected, all-weather coast-to-coast rail travel and transport economically feasible.
