The sentence that evidences the fishermen expects to be treated fairly is "I have just freed you; have you already forgotten that?".

The fisherman had just freed the genie, but instead of thanking him for doing that <em>the genie threatened of death the poor fisherman</em>. So the <u>fisherman asks the genie to be fairer to him,</u> but the genie keeps saying he is going to kill the fisherman and that the only wish he is going to grant him us the manner of his death.

I believe the correct answer is C. it makes a point without directly stating it.
Satire is often used by authors who want to criticize something or someone without having to explicitly do that - they use metaphors in order to mock them without them realizing that they have been exposed to such ridicule. Boyle is trying to mock the government in his work by comparing its members to animals, which he does in order to conceal his true intentions.
