Answer:

When the thirteen colonies were fighting for their independence from the British Kingdom, in 1775, the Second Continental Congress was the political organization that represented the revel states. Anyway, the Second Continental Congress created the Continental Army as a way to connect and merge the armies from all the states, so they could defeat the British forces. However, the Continental Army did NOT have excellent quality and quantity of equipment, because the States did not agree on how much each one had to pay. The lack of supplies and equipment demoralized the troops and was a big problem for the U.S. Army.

I may be totally wrong, but from what I remember in Rome history, they started the republic in 509 BCE which caused them to overthrow their king <span>Lucius Tarquinius Superbus. This may have inspired American colonists and thinkers int he late 1700's to rebel against what King George was saying and start their own country. </span>

Answer: 1) Peace and Security. The U.S government uses foreign policy to protect against threats and secure our interest abroad. This is one of the most important aspect of foreign policy as it effects the way others perceive our strength and ability to engage in diplomacy.

2) Justice. The U.S uses foreign policy to establish and protect international law and human rights.

3) People. The U.S should ensure the health, education and human rights of others.

4) Economic growth. Policies should help promote development across the globe and improve the economic status of ourselves and others.

5) Humanitarian Assistance. Protect and assist those affected by natural disaster and war.

6) Promote understanding. Help facilitate and improve women's rights and religious tolerance.

7) Citizen Services. Execute and provide Visa and passport services for U.S citizens, etc.
