Academic performance is the result of each student's dedication to education and their own academic growth, and this is not related to whether the student's parents are illiterate or not. This is because academic performance is not a genetic factor passed on from parents to children, but rather a social factor related to social opportunities between generations. Over the years, access to education has become more comprehensive and has allowed many people, children of illiterate parents, to have access to education that their parents never had. These people became great students and great professionals, which allowed their descendants to also have access to education at the same levels as the descendants of literate people. As the levels were the same, academic success depended on the dedication of each student and not on their family background.
