We need research in our lives to better improve the quality of life. With research, we can find new diseases, species of plants and animals, and also find cures to the diseases that we already know of and will come to find.

Research improves the quality of life that we're living.

I know this is pretty self explanatory but we need research in our lives because research allows us to understand all angles of a topic without any biased thinking. We can objectively know about that topic and also provide a hypothesis or a claim that we want to find out. Of course if we want to find out something, we have to make sure that we back it up with a lot of facts so that our final output will be credible. This is where research comes in.
