Any vector that points in the same or opposite direction would be parallel. So you can just scale (-2, 3) by any real number <em>t</em> to get the vector (-2<em>t</em>, 3<em>t</em> ).

For example, if <em>t</em> = -1, you get the vector (2, -3); if <em>t</em> = 2, you get (-4, 6).
