4.

3 + v < -5

Isolate v by subtracting 3 to both sides

(3-3) + v < -5 - 3

v < -8

For the line graph  the pic is below (circle is open because it is not an "equal to value" and doesn't include -8 in the answer. It goes to the left because v is anything less then -8)

5.

7 + x ≤ 10

Isolate x by subtracting 7 to both sides

(7 -7)+ x ≤ (10 - 7)

x ≤ 3

For the line graph the pic is below (circle is closed because it is an "equal to value" and does include 3 in the answer. It goes to the left because x is anything less then or equal to 3)

6.

s - 4 < -10

Isolate s by adding 4  to both sides

s + (-4 + 4) < -10 + 4

s < -6

For the line graph the pic is below (circle is open because it is not an "equal to value" and doesn't  include -6 in the answer. It goes to the left because s is anything less - 6)

The other person already did #7 so one to 8--->

8.

7 + n > - 2

Isolate n by subtracting 7 to both sides

(7-7) + n > - 2 - 7

n > - 9

For the line graph the pic is below (circle is open because it is not an "equal to value" and doesn't  include -9 in the answer. It goes to the right because n is anything greater than -9)

last one I'll do 9.

r + 6  ≥ -1

Isolate r by subtracting 6 to both sides

r + (6-6)  ≥ -1 - 6

r ≥  - 7

For the line graph the pic is below (circle is closed because it is an "equal to value" and does  include -7 in the answer. It goes to the right because r is anything greater than or equal to -7)

Hope this helped! And good night! I will be logging off for the day!
