The correct option is this: SPECIAL FORMATTING SHOULD NOT BE USED AND AN ELECTRONIC RESUME SHOULD BE SAVED AS RTF.
An electronic resume refers to a resume which has been specifically designed to interact with a computer system. One important thing about electronic resume is that all formatting should be removed from them so that the computer will easily read them. It is also advisable to save the document as RTF because it is a type of file format that is supported by many word processing packages.
