This is a strong thesis statement.

Explanation:

This is a great thesis statement! It doesn't give too much info about what will be in the essay, gives a brief intro on why and what the essay will be about, and what you will be speaking on. But, one thing: I would reccomend a hook to catch the reader's attention.
