If the teachers in this department why will almost all the pupils have issues in reading? Why will all the pupils have good mathematical skills?.. The teachers need to upgrade themselves in both learning and teaching.it might be that some of them don't know how to impact what they know,it might be that they are using wrong materials or wrong teaching approach all these should be looked in to...yes I will love to say the teachers i n that department needs a lot of learning and training.
