Answer:

A. you won't have enough

   1/8 x 6 = 6/8 of a teaspoon

   you have 2/3 teaspoon of black pepper set it equal and get a common denominator

6/8 = 2/3 --------------->  18/24 = 16/24 so you dont have enough
