This means that the denominators need to be 100. So, if we take Blake which is 3/10, than converting it to a percentage is easy. If you add a zero to both the numerator and the denominator, than you get 30/100 or 30%. For Ernesto, (7/25) multiply the numerator and the denominator by 4 to get 28/100 or 28%.
