A manager is a person or a personnel in any organization or firm who is responsible for administering or controlling the activities of the organization or the firm.

A manger is mainly responsible for such things that includes staffing and assigning work tasks, and and also to monitor the results. They are the one who secures resources, do planning, execute the strategies and organize the activities.
