What sight made brian scream in horror? (hatchet book)
Sliva [168]

Answer:

He saw the pilot's body and the fish eating it. He was eating the fish and it grossed him out.

Explanation:

In Gary Paulsen's novel "Hatchet," Brian is "stricken with a white-flash of horror" when the pilot has a heart attack because he feels that he can do nothing.  However, the pilot had taught him a little about flying and he had read books, so he predicts he can land safely by letting the plane run out of gas and finding a lake to land by.

Can anybody tell me what the mood of this poem and why
Murljashka [212]

Answer:

the Literal Meaning-

A boy grows up playing games with his father. One day, his father leaves (to jail). The boy didn't know why then, but he knows now. He wrote a letter to his father explaining that he has so much more to learn that hasn't been explained yet. The father writes back, saying that he is sorry, but can't be there for him, so he needs to be there for himself.

This is a story about relying on others, walking past that, and learning  to be independent.

Hope this helps!
