If you walked into the wrong house thinking it was your own and killed someone you thought was a trespasser you would be a murderer. First of all the house was not your and it does not matter if it was an accident or not you killed someone. Second of all the person was in there own home and was probably unarmed meaning you killed someone for no reason. You have just walked into a persons home and murdered them and there is no way about it that would make you innocent even if you thought it was your house.
