Charra [1.4K]

Answer:

Explanation:

Completely false. It was the other way around. The German 6th army after fierce battles surrendered. The fighting took place from Aug. 23, 1942 – Feb. 2, 1943.

This was one of the key battles of WWII in Europe. The German troops were completely unprepared to fight in an environment of a Russian winter. They did not have proper clothing and they didn't really have enough equipment  to wage war for over 5 months.

The causalities numbered about 2 million both sides included. (800000 Germans 1.1 million Russians.) In addition 40000 civilians were killed.

Which was a belief on the early democratic Republican Party
sasho [114]

Unlike the opposition Federalist Party, the Democratic-Republican Party contended that government did not have the right to adopt additional powers to fulfill its duties under the Constitution.
