Both vaccines and antitoxins are administered to prevent one from dying, however, vaccines are given to make the body immune to many diseases such as polio and TBC and are given as a means of preventing the disease, while antitoxins are given following poisoning or to stop venom from destroying your body after it has been administered and has to be swiftly administered.

How do the health risk factors compare for people in developing nations and people in developed nations? The primary health risk
hram777 [196]

The correct answer is: The primary health risk factors in developing nations are malnutrition and poor sanitation, while the primary health risk factors in developed nations are high blood pressure and obesity.

The primary health risk factors in developing nations such as third world countries would be malnutrition and poor sanitation. Malnutrition comes from the unavailability of healthy or nutritious food. These countries tend to have a poor economy which means that resources such as food are low which can lead to people not receiving a good diet which can lead to malnutrition and severe illness, even death. Poor sanitation again is an effect of a poor economy where hygienic and safe sanitation methods have not been able to be put in place or people do not have access to good sanitation due to high levels of poverty.

The primary health risk factors in developed nations such as first world countries are high blood pressure and obesity. These can both be caused by sedentary lifestyles, eating of high sugar high fat foods, overindulging when eating, stress, smoking and poor lifestyle choices.
