From a business standpoint, I think the smartest decision would be either the sports equipment or the memorabilia. Each has pros and cons so it depends on you. The sporting event would be the worst option as it is something that can most likely be viewed for free online. The sporting equipment will still hold monetary value and can be resold as well as providing you with other value if used properly such as being healthier and/or putting on muscle. The Sports Memorabilia would not provide real life value but may increase in monetary value and have a much higher resale value than the equipment.
