well I'm going to try to summarize it in my own words if you don't mind just to give you an idea or like if you needed help so being a part of community basically helps you grow and other people grow and together support you can support each other and helping each other fight and overcome those threats as a human being we sense of belonging in that sense of belonging help helps us come in contact with many relationships that we develop like friends
