Answer:  1. The Articles of Confederation established the United States' first national court system, which forced individual states to join together and adopt the same laws. ... The Articles of Confederation were the United States' first constitution, which joined original 13 states under a central government with limited power.

                2. The new nation also faced economic and foreign policy problems. A huge debt remained from the Revolutionary War and paper money issued during the conflict was virtually worthless. In violation of the peace treaty of 1783 ending the Revolutionary War, Britain continued to occupy forts in the Old Northwest.

                 3. One feature of the Articles of Confederation was that Congress did not have the power to settle disputes among states. The Articles guaranteed that each state would keep its individual power, freedom, and independence.

            4. The Northwest Ordinance (formally An Ordinance for the Government of the Territory of the United States, North-West of the River Ohio, and also known as The Ordinance of 1787) enacted July 13, 1787, was an organic act of the Congress of the Confederation of the United States.

                5. The Constitution of the United States established the federal system, also known as federalism. Under federalism, each level of government has sovereignty in some areas and shares powers in other areas. For example: both the federal and state governments have the power to tax.

Alex_Xolod [135]

Answer:

C. concerned with uniqueness

Explanation:

Competing on differentiation refers to the strategic tactic employed by a company to make it's brand unique and as a result set it apart from those of its competitors. In this way a company aims to acquire market share by producing "different" products or services from the ones it's competitors are producing. This ensures that their customers are able to identify their products and appeal to it differently(positively) from other products in the market.
