Which long-term cause of Irish partition was most significant and why?
Natali5045456 [20]

Answer:

Explanation:

Although the cause of the Civil War was the Treaty, as the war developed the anti-treaty forces sought to identify their actions with the traditional Republican cause of the "men of no property" and the result was that large Anglo-Irish landowners and some less well-off Southern Unionists were attacked.

What was the japanese solution for its lack of natural resources
kompoz [17]
This lead to the start WW2 with the united states as a matter of fact. Japan's lack of resources means that it requires them to depend on other nations to provide the raw materials to produce goods. Since japan had very little resources, they turned to neighboring countries for a solution. They first invaded Manchuria and then made their way through parts of china. The U.S then began an embargo of oil to Japan, which put them over the brink. They decided to invade British held Indonesia and Malaysia to gain the oil they needed, while subsequently attacking pearl harbor and the rest you probably know

Many southern states banned the publication of abolitionist material true or false
Vladimir79 [104]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

The Southern States were not fond of the idea of abolishing the slavery, and they did pretty much everything in their power to counter this movement on their territory. One of the moves was to not allow the publication of abolitionist material. The reason for the banning of this material was to not allow their population to read it, thus to avoid some people to start changing their minds and be pro-abolitionist, creating a movement for it in their own territory.

What is the political use of
ikadub [295]
The political use of the Ancient River Civilization of Egypt? I don't exactly follow. A civilization cannot have a "political use". However, if we are talking about how Egypt politically affected the world:
When trying to expand its borders, the Egyptians spread their influence to several different lands. They conquered lands stretching from East Africa to Southwest Asia. Afterwards, Egypt was conquered in return by Libyans, Kushites, Assyrians, Persians, Macedonians, Romans, etc..

Hope this helped and good luck! (Love your profile pic!)
