I think it’s 3 out of 5

Because 20-8 is 12
12 is the number of beans that is not blue
12/20 simply to 3/5

The answer would be b- 3 out of 5.

Explanation- Since 8 of the beans are blue, 12 of them are not. Since 60% of the beans are not blue, that can be changed to the fraction of 6/10 which can be reduced to 3/5
