The Point No Point Treaty was signed on Kitsap Peninsula on January 26, 1855. This treaty was held between Governor of Washington Territory, Isaac Stevens with the S'Klallam, the Chimakum, and the Skokomish Native Indian tribes. The S’Klallam tribe gain $60,000 and small reservation which allow them hunting and fishing by signing a treaty with Governor Stevens.
