Here are some of the tRNA molecules in Lucy's white blood cells. Let's see if tRNA #1 is carrying the correct amino acid for its

anticodon.

Answer:

For Anticodon it's: CCA

Codon it's: GGU

Amino Acid it's: Glycine (but when typing in the box for Amino Acid I typed in GGU and it was correct so that's the answer for Amino Acid.)

Hope this helps!

Answer:

For the tRNA anticodon CCA the corresponding codon is GGU, which codes for the amino acid Glycine (Gly).

Explanation:

Transfer RNA or tRNA is responsible for driving the right amino acid into protein synthesis, once the mRNA codon has been translated by the ribosome. It is for that reason that each mRNA codon must have a complementary tRNA anticodon.

The RNA pairing rules is that each nitrogenous base has a complementary base, so:

- Adenine is complementary with uracil A=U

- Cytosine is complementary with Guanine C=G

In this case, it can be seen that:

  • For the anti-codon: CCA
  • Codon: GGU
  • Aminoacid: Gly

How should the members of a sample be chosen
azamat

Answer: They must be randomly chosen, meaning that each member of the larger population has an equal chance of being chosen. They must be large enough so as not to skew the results. The optimal size of the sample group depends on the precise degree of confidence required for making an inference. Simple random sampling is the basic sampling technique where we select a group of subjects (a sample) for study from a larger group (a population). Each individual is chosen entirely by chance and each member of the population has an equal chance of being included in the sample.

What are the components of a good hypothesis for a science project / egg drop
Ludmilka [50]
If the Independent Variable, then the Dependent Variable:

Your IV is how safe/supportive your design for your egg is

Your DV is what you believe/want the outcome to be after you drop the egg

So (an example could be):

If the structure of the apparatus that holds the egg is built of inflated balloons, then the egg will not crack when it is dropped.

The diagram shows a nucleic acid in the shape of a double helix.
MrMuchimi

Answer:deoxyribose

Explanation: From the information provided, (though the diagram is not shown), the structure is a DNA double helix. A DNA contains deoxyribose sugar thus the name deoxyribonucleic acid. RNAs contains ribose sugar thus the name ribonucleic acid. A deoxyribose is a pentose (a 5- carbon sugar) which lacks one oxygen atom at position two of its carbon skeleton, hence the name deoxy - ribose. It's usually written chemically as 2- deoxyribose.
