Answer: Well, sometimes yes because, if you were originally rich or had enough money to live your life, you could waste all of your money or just give out your money so much that you don’t have any. But, also sometimes no because, you could be born in a poor family, be born in a developing country, it matters on the case. So, either yes or no.
