This is because you convert all the mixed numbers to improper fractions and get 144/7 + 81/5 + 133/7
Next you put them over the same denominator which could be 70 and you get 1440/70 + 1134/70 + 931/70
You can then add the numerators and get 3505/70
3505/70 simplified is 701/14 which is also 50 1/14
