If there is only one answer the one above^ is the one that I would go with.

The questions asks about a GMO that makes a plant less appealing to insects and is more resilient to weed killing chemicals.  Because it is less appealing to bugs to eat, there would be less of a need for pesticides.  Personally, I do not feel as though there is enough evidence in the question to draw a conclusion on the other answers provided.
