Unemployment links to crime because 1 they have nothing else to do with their time resulting in boredom influencing behaviour that does not fit in with society. 2. They may not have the funds to access basic necessities such as food and money to keep them warm which results in them doing things that would get them into trouble in aid to feed themselves and their family. 3.
